Terms for the free website and browser tool. Desktop purchase terms are separate.

Using the free tool

You may use StillPick for lawful purposes with footage you are authorized to process. Do not attempt to compromise the service, interfere with other users, or submit malicious or unlawful material through its forms. You must have the legal capacity to accept applicable terms.

Your footage and images

You retain your rights in your footage and extracted output. StillPick does not claim ownership of that content or acquire a general right to publish it. You are responsible for copyright, privacy, publicity and other permissions needed for your use and sharing. Extracting a frame does not grant new rights in someone else’s video.

Local processing and results

Browser capture is manual and uses the frames your browser can decode. Files and formats may behave differently across devices. Captures in the current tab are not cloud backups: download them before closing or reloading. Keep original media and check important exports.

Forms and marketing

Feedback and interest forms do not create a purchase, reservation, desktop license, or promise of a shipping date. Product emails are optional. Submitting a support or privacy request is not marketing consent. See the Privacy policy.

Desktop purchases

Desktop sales are not open. The planned offer is $49 once for two computers. A future purchase will be subject to the checkout seller’s terms, the Desktop license, and the Refunds & delivery policy shown before purchase. The paid offer does not include automatic rights to unannounced features or hosted services.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the free service is provided as available without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We may maintain, change, or discontinue the free service, subject to applicable law.

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud or other non-excludable obligations.

Changes and disputes

Material changes will be identified by a new date and brought to your attention where required. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Please contact us through the support form if there is a problem.
