Release status

This is a proposed license for a future release, not an activation or entitlement to use an unreleased product. The proposed licensor is Noastrix LLC, identified in the Website terms.

One purchase, two computers

The approved offer is $49 paid once, with no recurring subscription, for one license holder to activate up to two computers they own or control. The draft permits both personal and commercial work. It does not grant a separate license to two unrelated users or a shared team. Team licensing and transfers to another license holder require a separate policy.

Version and updates

Approved policy draft: a perpetual license to the purchased major version, including its minor updates when released. Future major upgrades may be offered separately for a fee. “Perpetual” describes the license duration, not a promise of lifetime support, new features, or compatibility with every future operating system. No update cadence or support term is promised in this draft.

Activation and changing computers

Initial activation and freeing an activation for another computer will require internet access. The planned app stores a signed receipt for offline use; media processing remains local. The activation interface and offline/revocation policy are still being completed. Computer replacements and unavailable devices will need a support recovery process before release.

Your work

You keep your rights in your footage and exports. You may use your exports commercially if you have the necessary rights to the source material. StillPick does not claim a license to upload or publish your locally processed media.

Restrictions and third-party rights

You may not resell or publicly share your license key, distribute proprietary parts of the app as your own product, or bypass licensing except where applicable law permits. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. Nothing in this agreement restricts rights those licenses or mandatory law give you, including applicable rights to inspect, modify, replace, or reverse engineer those components.

Refunds, termination, and protections

The final Refunds & delivery policy will govern voluntary refunds, alongside mandatory consumer rights and the checkout seller’s terms. A refunded purchase may require stopping use and deactivating its license. Any termination for breach should be proportionate and subject to applicable notice and cure requirements. This draft does not waive non-excludable warranties or remedies.

Before purchase

The final agreement, supported systems, update coverage, offline behavior, and contact details must be available before checkout. Acceptance must be recorded with the agreement version; linking this draft alone is not an implemented acceptance flow.
