Free browser app

Use a current browser that can decode your video. MP4 with H.264 is a common starting point. MOV, HEVC and other formats depend on the codec, browser, and operating system; the filename extension alone does not determine compatibility. Processing and capture use memory on your device, so large files may require more capable hardware.

Capture manually and download JPEG, PNG, or a ZIP of your captures. Video is not uploaded for conversion. Open the free app.

Desktop development build

Current testing is on Apple Silicon macOS. A public installer, minimum macOS version, minimum memory/storage requirements, and a validated codec list are not available yet. Windows and Intel Mac support are not being advertised as released.

The build includes local decoding and processing tools and is being developed for broader codec support than the browser. The supported format list will accompany the public desktop release.

Purchase and activation

The planned offer is $49 once for two computers. Activation needs an internet connection. Local media processing is designed to continue offline after activation. Update coverage and the final offline policy will be stated before purchase.
