Your video stays on your device

Video playback, frame capture, and downloads in the free browser app run locally. StillPick does not upload your video or captured frames to StillPick, Netlify, or a remote AI service. Captures remain in the current tab and are lost if you close or reload it, so download the images you want to keep.

Desktop demos on this website are marketing videos. They do not process your footage. The separate desktop development app also processes footage locally.

The browser app uses locally hosted scripts and system fonts. It does not load face models or send images to a remote scoring service.

Information collected by the website

Netlify hosts this site and receives normal web-request information, including IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps. Netlify provides server-side aggregate analytics. This site does not use third-party client-side analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral advertising.

When you submit a form, Noastrix LLC receives the fields you enter, such as your email address, message, request type, and optional product-interest answers. Netlify stores the submission and its receipt time. Form notifications are delivered to our monitored business contact inbox. Do not send footage, identity documents, passwords, payment-card information, or full license keys through these forms.

Email signup is optional

You can use the free browser tool without an account or a marketing subscription. We send StillPick product news only when you expressly subscribe or select the optional marketing checkbox. A support request, feedback message, or interest inquiry alone does not subscribe you.

Signup records include your selected marketing choice, the consent wording and version, the form source, and a browser-supplied submission time. Netlify separately records when it receives the submission. Use Email preferences to withdraw permission at any time. Requests are reviewed and applied by Noastrix LLC; this form does not instantly update an external mailing service.

How information is used

• To respond to support, privacy, accessibility, security, and product-interest requests.
• To send product updates you have chosen to receive.
• To operate and protect the website and understand aggregate usage.
• To keep records of consent and honor requests to stop marketing.

Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on consent for optional marketing, our legitimate interests in operating a secure site and responding to inquiries, and legal obligations where required. You may withdraw marketing consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Service providers and international processing

Netlify processes website requests and form submissions on our behalf. Form-notification email also passes through our email provider. We use Resend for StillPick email delivery when enabled. Resend receives recipient addresses and message content needed to deliver those messages. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Desktop purchases are not available on this website yet. We will provide the relevant payment and licensing information before sales open.

Browser storage

The signup invitation works without persistent storage. If you select “Remember my choice on this browser,” StillPick stores only a subscribed or dismissed preference in local storage, not your email address. Preferences from earlier versions may also be read to avoid repeating the invitation. Reset the signup preference at any time; resetting it does not unsubscribe your email.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the local capture workflow. We do not currently sell information or use advertising-sharing features. We will review and disclose any future tracking before enabling it.

Retention

We keep ordinary support, feedback, and product-interest records for up to 24 months after the last interaction, and privacy-request records for up to 24 months after resolution. Marketing subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is retired. We retain the minimum suppression record needed to honor an unsubscribe. Records may be retained longer when needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Noastrix LLC handles record review and deletion; submitting a deletion request does not immediately erase records. Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs and backup copies under their own retention processes. We cannot recover or delete footage that was never uploaded to us.

Your choices and requests

Use Contact & privacy requests to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law, or write to our mailing address above. You do not need a StillPick account. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting records; we do not ask for government ID by default.

Some records may need to remain to meet legal obligations or prevent further marketing. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children, security, and changes

StillPick is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not knowingly submit a child’s personal information. Contact us if you believe it has been collected. No service can guarantee absolute security; access to business records is limited to authorized personnel.

We update this notice when our practices change. The date and policy version identify the current wording, and we will provide additional notice where required.
